Advisory Associates looking for acquisition in Europe


Our client is interested in acquiring both specialty pharmaceutical products and related businesses (that own and market specialty pharmaceutical products) to augment current U.K./European based specialty pharmaceutical operations.

Client is also interested in mid-size pharmaceutical companies that own and market products to general practitioners (GPs), however, the hurdle of what would qualify would be higher than focusing in the specialty markets.

Acquisition values can be as high as $300mm, however, more ideal opportunities would be in the    $25mm – $100mm range.

The client objective is to expand its European footprint, eventually covering all of the big five countries, i.e. U.K., Germany, France, Italy and Spain; and grow strategically through organic efforts and acquisitions.
